Students are required to have immunizations. A form giving assurance of this will be provided by the school & must be signed by a physician or physician assistant & returned to school at time of enrollment. Illnesses and absences should be reported to the school prior to 9:00am.
Parents will be notified if their child has been exposed to a contagious disease (chicken pox, mumps, German measles).
PMNS has a school wide food policy in place and further works with individual students’ needs within each classroom.
